Your students
Signed in as Demo TeacherGrade is the number of mistakes, so fewer is better. Click a column heading to sort on it, and again to reverse it. Click a student for assignments, quizzes and tests, page by page.
Tick the classes each student is in. The box at the top of a column ticks or clears every student shown. Click a heading to sort on it (a class puts its students first), and again to reverse it. Changes are highlighted until you save.
These are the columns of the class roster. Use ↑ ↓ to set your own order; it is kept on this device and doesn't change anyone else's. Renaming a class or changing its term keeps its students. Several classes can share a name (Algebra-I 101, Algebra-I 102): give each its own code or section. The terms come from the Terms tab.
Name the terms the way your school does. They are the choices for a class's term on the Classes tab, listed by start date. A term that classes use can't be deleted; archive it instead and it stays on those classes but is no longer offered for new ones.
Link a file to a class to hand it out. The class list shows every class your schools offer; you can link only to classes you teach or aide.
LiveShare Contacts
Signed in asThese people have access to your files that have LiveShare set. They find them in their LiveShare folder in the app. Add students, teachers, tutors or anyone else with their TMA user name.
